Heavy & Light Commercial Vehicle Roadworthiness Testing. State-of-the-art facility with dedicated HGV and LGV bays.
All commercial vehicles over one year old require a Certificate of Roadworthiness (CRW) — the CVRT. As stated by the RSA, the CVRT confirms that a vehicle satisfies basic safety standards on the day the test is carried out.
Every commercial vehicle must pass the CVRT test annually. At SDC we simplify the process. Our aim is to have your vehicles pass first time and keep your vehicle on the road. We offer test and repair on the same day if required — saving you valuable time.
Vehicles & Trailers over 3,500kg. Must take a commercial vehicle test every year to renew their certificate of roadworthiness.
Book HGV Test →Vans or Jeeps with GVW of 3,500kg or less. Required to take a commercial vehicle test every year.
Book LGV Test →Any vehicle carrying hazardous goods is required by law to meet detailed technical requirements. ADR testing available.
Book ADR Test →If your vehicle fails, our mechanics are on-hand to fix it immediately
The CVRT inspection covers all safety-critical systems on your commercial vehicle. Our RSA-approved inspectors check everything to ensure your vehicle meets the required standards.
Present a valid driver's licence or passport at the test centre upon arrival.
The vehicle should be in a presentable, clean condition for inspection.
